The 2017 Finke's Sparkling White Wine Blend begins with a pleasant yeasty aroma of apples and a little tropical fruit. Taking a sip reveals a crisp, fresh and really tasty wine with delicious, fine bubbles along with green apple, a little pineapple and light herbal notes. This is an excellent example of sparkling wine with the Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay making quite a good combination. It ends crisp, dry and long.
