Remole is an intense wine, soft and fruity, that will captivate and delight you. Particularly suited for full-flavoured first courses, charcuterie and red meat.

12% Alcohol

The Frescobaldi Remole Toscana begins with a wonderful aroma chocked full of blackberry jam, strawberry, raspberry and cranberry as well as a little baking spice and anise. The wine tastes quite fruity, juicy and easy to drink with lots of anise notes carrying over from the nose. Overall we found it to be very similar to the 2010 we reviewed a few years ago which bodes well for its consistency vintage to vintage (something you don’t always find in the $10 and under category). Soft tannins and touches of black pepper lead into the dry, fruity finish of this medium-bodied wine.
