Grayson Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon – The Definition of Crowd-Pleasing

Last Updated on May 30, 2021

Grayson Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon - The Definition of Crowd-PleasingThe soft, smooth and flavorful Grayson Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon.

Cabernet Sauvignon from California. The wine is aged in 100% French oak.

From the bottle:

When our family started Grayson Cellars we asked our winemaker to search throughout California’s finest growing regions for the best grapes. We then made several small lots of handcrafted wines and gave each lot a number. We continue that tradition today with lot numbers for each wine. I hope you enjoy our wines with your friends and family.

The 2015 Grayson Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon Lot 10 begins with a very pleasant aroma of blackberry, black cherry, spice and a little earth. The wine tastes smooth, flavorful and very easy to drink. Blackberry jam, black cherry and plum along with touches of cola, pepper, vanilla and other oaky notes all combine seamlessly in this medium to full-bodied wine. Soft tannins lead into the dry finish which features all the same flavors from the palate lingering in the mouth for quite a long time. It may not be terribly complex, but this is the definition of crowd-pleasing!
