"Six Ridges" celebrates the unique character of Sonoma County's best wine regions. These wines are named in honor of the mountain ridges that border our vineyards and create the distinctive terroirs.
Alexander Valley lies in the northeast of Sonoma County where mountains shelter the vines from the Pacific Ocean's cooling influence. This warm climate is ideal for growing Cabernet Sauvignon wines of intense flavor and silky tannins.

The 2016 Kenwood Vineyards Six Ridges Cabernet Sauvignon begins with excellent notes of blackberry, plum and vanilla. It's a classic Cab aroma that grabs you right from the first sniff. Tasting the wine reveals plenty of ripe and juicy concentrated fruit, wonderfully integrated spice and vanilla and a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Everything just works together beautifully on this wine. It ends dry, long and even a bit dusty. Wonderful!
