The Kirkland Signature Pinot Grigio, only $5.99 and packed with flavor.
Pinot Grigio from Friuli, Italy.
The Kirkland Signature Pinot Grigio is available for just $5.99 exclusively at Costco. Imported by Misa Imports Inc.
From the bottle:
The cool climate wine region Friuli is bordered by the Alps in Northern Italy. This year the particularly warm climate has given a special elegance to white wines. Our Kirkland Signature Friuli Pinot Grigio 2015 has a delicate nose of soft fruit flavors, a rich texture with a clean, persistent finish.
12.5% Alcohol
While Pinot Grigio seems like it is a dime a dozen these days, good, flavorful Pinot Grigio is a whole ‘nother story, especially when you’re looking at a $6 price point. Thankfully, Costco nails this one.
The 2015 Kirkland Signature Pinot Grigio begins with a pleasant aroma of honeydew melon, green apple, pear and lemon. Tasting the wine shows lots of rich fruit – lemon, green apple and pear – with more tropical fruit notes coming out mid-palate and leading into the tart, sweet and refreshing fruit-filled finish. Add in some great, bright acidity and there’s absolutely nothing to like at this price making this a great go-to Pinot Grigio on the cheap!
