The 2015 Cecchi La Mora Maremma Toscana Rosso begins with a pleasing aroma of red cherries and other red berries, nicely integrated spice notes and touches of smoke, leather, licorice and chocolate. Tasting the wine reveals it to be smooth, bright and fruity. Medium-bodied, all the flavors from the nose re-appear in the mouth. It ends with a dry, long, savory finish. This horse will definitely finish in the money.
