From the bottle:

Five generations of family farmers have strived to grow quality grapes with outstanding depth of flavor. Our winemaking team then crafts that fruit into character driven wines for everyday enjoyment.

Our Pinot Noir is bursting with aroma and flavor, leading with ripe red cherry, strawberry, and raspberry. The wine is silky on the palate with red fruit and vanilla undertones, culminating in a clean, lasting finish.

The 2020 McManis Pinot Noir begins with a very pleasing aroma chock full of cherry vanilla cola, strawberry, raspberry and licorice plus a touch of some earthy rhubarb notes.

The wine tastes surprisingly solid for such a low price. It doesn’t have much complexity but it sure is crowd-pleasing. The medium-bodied wine features lots of sweet cherry and red berry notes, a soft and smooth mouthfeel and nice touches of creamy vanilla throughout.

Light touches of spice and black tea lead into the dry, sweet cherry and vanilla finish. This is simply good stuff, a rare find for Pinot Noir under $10.
