The wine appears to be made by a familiar private label producer. Isolated Cellars is owned by Navigator Wine which until recently was known as Precision Wine Company. Other than the fact that these guys do a lot of private label offerings for Trader Joe’s and Aldi (among others), it really doesn’t tell us much.
Let’s check it out. The 2025 Specially Selected Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc retails for $10.29 exclusively at Aldi.

The 2025 Specially Selected Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc opens with a pleasing aroma of lemon, citrus and some light floral notes. Like a lot of California Sauvignon Blanc, I’m not really getting much in terms of grassy or herbal notes.
Tasting the wine reveals it to be smooth with good acidity and similar flavors to the nose. In the mouth the fruit is rich and juicy and features more tropical fruit notes.
It ends dry and crisp with good length. This is a nice example of Sauvignon Blanc although you are probably paying a bit of a premium here for the Napa designation which in this case doesn’t add much in terms of taste. Still, it’s a solid wine and good enough for the price.
