The 2021 Stoller Willamette Valley Pinot Noir opens with lots of fleshy red fruit notes along with some baking spice. It's quite harmonious especially after it has some air.
Taking a sip reveals a smooth, balanced and tasty wine once it has time to breathe. It features similar flavors to the nose with juicy fruit in the mouth and was actually at its best on day 2 where it had developed lots of harmonious spice notes throughout.
It ends dry and long.
