Eden Valley Viognier: This vegan friendly Viognier exhibits the diversity of the Barossa. Yalumba has been working with this alluring variety for over 35 years. In the 1980s Yalumba pioneered the growing and producing of Viognier in Australia.
Tasting Notes: Pure aromas of fresh apricots, lifted ginger, saffron and fresh white flowers. The palate is long and rich with intense stone fruit flavours.

The 2017 Yalumba Samuel's Collection Eden Valley Viognier begins with a really lovely aroma full of pretty floral notes plus melon, peach, pear, ginger and more. The wine tastes rich and velvety with the flavors from the nose continuing (although more tart in the mouth) along with some added white spice. Add in some good, fresh acidity and this is a delicious and fun to drink wine. All the same flavors continue on the long, pleasing finish along with a touch of saltiness.
