Brut – Metodo Tradicional
Sparkling wine fermented in this bottleCava is the prestigious sparkling wine produced in the "metodo tradicional", which requires second fermentation in the bottle. This Dellara Cava Brut shows enticing aromas of apple and pear, followed by fine citric notes. It has a very well balanced acidity and a dry and elegant finish. It pairs well with desserts but also with fish and Asian dishes or simply as an aperitif. Best served well chilled.
11.5% Alcohol
The non-vintage Dellara Cava Brut opens with a pleasant aroma of apple, lemon/lime citrus, a little fresh baked bread and a touch of tropical fruit. It tastes...just fine. Crisp and tasty with similar flavors to the nose and lots of fine bubbles, this is fairly quaffable stuff. It ends with a touch of sea salt minerality on the decent length finish. It's nothing spectacular but it is a pretty solid Cava at this low price.
