Wow, all the flavors are there – you can taste the blueberry, the lavender and the lemon quite distinctly. It’s nicely sweet but definitely not cloying.
This is dangerous stuff with vodka, which is the classic pairing, but you could also use tequila, whiskey or gin. And it’s just as good as a mocktail with club soda as it is as a cocktail.
Modica Espresso Martini
This is full of wonderful flavors that are not too overpowering, just complementary. The classic pairing is vodka, but you can also use bourbon or make a White Russian by adding your favorite type of milk or creamer.
We tried it as a mocktail with almond milk and it was quite satisfying.
