The 2019 Intermingle Red Blend begins with a pleasing aroma full of assorted berries plus a little vanilla and spice.
The wine tastes a bit on the sweet side but it is a pretty nicely done blend for fans of this category. Berry fruit punch flavors, a soft and smooth mouthfeel and touches of oak lead the way in the mouth. It ends with more sweet berry fruit on the medium-long finish.
Sure it tastes a bit manufactured, but it’s a flavor profile a lot of people love so if you’re one of those people go to town! As we always say Drink What You Like!
