15% Alcohol
The 2017 Chronic Cellars Stone Fox white blend begins with a lovely aroma of pear, melon, honeysuckle and hints of smoke and spice. Tasting the wine shows crisp acidity, a soft and smooth mouthfeel and flavors of lime, green apple and more melon along with touches of spice and tropical fruit. The wine ends with a long, dry lingering finish of melon and tropical fruits with the return of the honeysuckle notes from the nose bringing it all together.
This is delicately delicious stuff that carries its 15% alcohol extremely well. It's also another good one from Chronic Cellars who we have been mightily impressed with.
